TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By clicking "I Accept," on the rental form you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk I understand cycling involves inherent risks (accidents, falls, traffic collisions, etc.) and voluntarily assume all responsibility for my use of the rented bicycle.

2. Rental Terms

• Equipment Provided: Each rental includes 1 bicycle and 1 lock.

• Required Use: I must use the lock to secure the bike when unattended.

• Pre-Rental Inspection: I confirm the bike is in good working order and will report any issues before riding.

3. Non-transferable Rental

• The rental of the bicycle is non-transferable. The bicycle and its key can only be used by the individual who signed this rental agreement.

• I agree not to transfer the bicycle or key to any other person for any reason. Unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of this agreement without a refund and may incur additional charges.

4. Financial Responsibility

• Deductible: I agree to pay up to $250 for theft or loss of the bicycle.

• Damage Fees: Full repair/replacement costs apply for damages.

• Lost Equipment: $50 replacement fee for a lost lock.

5. Liability Release I release Paradox Experience Co. and Viajeros Hostel (including owners, employees, and affiliates) from all liability for:

• Injury, death, or property damage arising from rental use.

• Claims related to equipment failure, road conditions, or my failure to follow safety rules.

6. Indemnification I will cover all costs (legal fees, claims, etc.) if a third party sues due to my use of the bike.

By clicking "I Accept" on the rental form:

• I confirm I’ve read and understood this agreement.

• I waive all legal rights to sue the rental providers for any incident related to this rental.

• I agree that this is a legally binding contract.
